Overview

Welcome to our newly constructed complex of three mirror villas, which are only a two-minute drive from the renowned Agios Ioannis beach, a haven for kite surfers. A stylish design that blends classic and modern architecture will provide you with the comfort you need for a restful vacation. A family or two couples could be accommodated with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. While unwinding by the pool or on the villa balconies, grab a drink and take in the colors of the sunset.

Main House

Bedroom 1: master double bed (165x210cm) Adjacent shower room and en-suite WC.
Bedroom 2 : double-twin bed (85x210cm) Adjacent shower room and en-suite WC.

Inner space

When you first arrive, the kitchen and living room are in an open space. You can access the balcony area through a glass door, where you can unwind and take in the lovely sunset as well as the garden and pool views. The first bathroom with an en-suite WC is located here. We have two bedrooms on the first floor, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds that can be converted into a giant double bed, accessible by a few stairs. Each bedroom has an own balcony with a sea view and beautiful sunsets. Our second bathroom with an en suite WC is located right next to the bedrooms.

Kitchen and Dining

The fully equipped kitchen features state-of-the-art appliances, including a refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, and dishwasher.
Guests can prepare their favorite meals and dine in the comfort of their own villa.
A stylish dining area with a large table provides the perfect setting for enjoying meals with family and friends.

Outside

Large garden area and roomy parking spaces are just steps away from the villa’s balcony. A sizable swimming pool and sun loungers are strategically placed so that you can unwind, sip your cocktails, and take in the Greek sun.
